GWA Strength and Condition is designed youth athletes, both wrestlers and non wrestlers seeking a training solution that Gives them an athletic edge and who are simply seeking a proGram that will have them moving better and improving their overall quality of life.
We believe in taking a holistic approach to our athletes that not only allows for better real-time results, but also allows our athletes to recover faster, reduce injuries, Grow interpersonally, and to wrestle or play at the next level. All of our athletes that have trusted and followed the process have ended up excelling in sports and life, both on and off the mat.
In GWA Strength and Conditioning, we do not use free wights. Instead we focus on body weight and band exercises such as tumbling, push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, sprints, suicides, abdominal exercises, rope climbing, jumping and much more.
