Coach Omar

Coach Omar has been coaching wrestling for recreation and high school levels for 9 years now. Coach Omar attended Montclair High in New Jersey. As a 4 year starter on his high school wrestling team, Coach Omar accumulated 148 wins and 26 losses in 4 years, was a 2-time state placer, and won multiple district, region, and county champion titles. Coach Omar says one of his biggest accomplishments in wrestling is wrestling on the same All-star team with James Green. But his biggest regret was not doing any off-season wrestling.
